Pierre Boisson : Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2018

Burgundy - Haute Côte de Beaune - Red Wine -

The Boisson-Vadot Domaine, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden gems that any wine lover loves to explore. In the Boisson-Vadot estate, everything is a family affair. Two generations come together, listen to each other and respect each other so that the estate's wines become the main focus. The property is divided into three units: the parents represented by Domaine Boisson-Vadot (3.5 Ha), the son of the entity Pierre Boisson (3.5 Ha) and finally a daughter with the entity Anne Boisson (1 , 5 Ha). Aligoté plants are old vines located in the village of Messault. In order to control their growth, they were cut from the rope.

Bourgogne Aligoté 2018 reveals a pale yellow color with golden reflections. After opening the bottle, the wine gives off a delicate lemon flavor and a roasted aroma. On contact with air, the nose will evolve towards a floral fragrance with a slight smell of butter. The taste begins with fresh citrus fruits of lemon and grapefruit, then gradually releases bitterness, bringing freshness and flavor. This wine is balanced, pure, full-bodied and full of vitality.

The advice of 12bouteilles : It will also accompany perfectly with red meat a perfect wine for the summer!
