Languedoc - IGP Vin de Pays des Côtes du Brian - Red Wine -The 50/50 is one of the nine signature wine of Domaine Anne Gros and Jean Paul Tollot in the Minervoix. This Côtes du Brian appellation wine was born from the blending of 3 grape varieties to constitute a VIN DE TABLE, a real !!!
Made up of a majority of Grenache, an 8 year old Syrah joined him in 2011 and is completed by young Carignans 35 years old. Raised in stainless steel vats, its material is fine, fruity and taut. Its vocation is to be thirst-quenching and fresh, a glass calls another ... and invites itself to your table.
Bright red, this fresh, digestible and fruity wine emphasizes everything and disappears with lightness ... in front of appetizers, tapas, grilled red meats or sauces.
