Corse - Rosé wine -Cuvée Faustine Rosé 2024 is produced by Domaine Abbatucci as a Vin de France. It is made from a parcel-by-parcel selection of 100% old Sciaccarello vines, an average of 40 years old, grown biodynamically.
Tasting notes:
Appearance: the colour is similar to that of rose petals.
Nose: reveals a subtle nose of citrus fruit and red berries.
On the palate: Silky and very supple, with a slight hint of English candy, dominated by peach and apricot, with discretion and finesse.
12bouteilles advice : This wine goes perfectly with a plate of cold meats or any other aperitif.
The Abbatucci estate is run by Jean Charles and Faustine Abbatucci, biodyamic winemakers with a passion for old Corsican grape varieties. Their aim: to produce wines in symbiosis with nature, revealing all the aromas of the terroir.
