Domaine Abbatucci: Monte Bianco Red 2019
Corse - Red Wine -The Monte Bianco Red 2018 cuvée is produced by the Abbatucci Domain in "Vin de France". It comes from a north-facing vineyard whose vines grow on granitic soil following a biodynamic agriculture.
Full of elegance, delicacy and fruit, this small cuvée of just 3000 bottles is the result of a Sciacarello single-variety.
This great Corsican wine is the result of a manual harvest and sorting of the berries in the vineyard and cellar. The untreated vintage is vinified in thermoregulated frustoconical wooden vats. The breeding takes place for 12 months in lightning and a half-muid of 600 liters, followed by a breeding in stainless steel tanks that will last several months. Finally, Monte Bianco is aged for 6 months after bottling.
Monte Bianco red 2018 is adorned with a beautiful cherry dress with ruby highlights, the nose is powerful and reveals pretty notes of red fruit but also woody and empyreumatic. The palate is characterized by a frank attack, silky tannins and a very nice minerality.

This great Corsican wine will go perfectly with your grills, lamb and other cheeses. Can be drunk now but will be appreciated all the more in the next 3 to 4 years.
