The Dom Pérignon's vintages owes their singularity to the way they evolve through different expressions. These moments are called "Plenitude", moments when the wine reveals the best of its potential.
Blend of 52% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir, Plénitude 2 combines wonderfully freshness and maturity, effervescence and harmony. This vintage "P2" 2003 has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose, ripe, tonic and generous, opens with aromas of golden fruit and bergamot associated with the character of the harvest and the brioche. The whole breathes on gray accents smoked. At the tasting, the attack is vibrant and beautiful. The palace is racy and structured. The finish is flowery and spicy.
