Amour de Deutz Rosé 2013 is one of the most delicate and luxurious cuvées from the Deutz Champagne house. Crafted from an exceptional selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this prestige rosé reveals floral finesse, purity and remarkable depth. The cool and late 2013 vintage delivers outstanding tension and precision.
Appearance: luminous pale pink with copper highlights, very fine bubbles.
Nose: wild strawberry, raspberry, pink grapefruit, rose petal, sweet spices and fine biscuit notes. Chalky minerality emerges with aeration.
Palate: silky and creamy texture balanced by vibrant freshness. Flavours of red berries, citrus, brioche and almond. Long, chiselled and elegant finish with exceptional purity.
Pinot Noir dominant blend from Aÿ, Ambonnay and Bouzy, complemented by Chardonnay from top Côte des Blancs vineyards. Rosé made by blending or saignée depending on parcel selection. Extended lees aging enhances complexity and finesse. 2013 vintage: precise, tense and beautifully balanced.
Ideal with langoustine carpaccio, cured salmon, spiced duck, roasted pigeon, refined Japanese cuisine or light red-fruit desserts. Serve at 48–52°F (9–11°C).
A rare and sophisticated prestige rosé. Magnificent now but capable of aging 8 to 15 years for deeper floral and pastry notes.
