Crafted from a remarkable single-parcel selection, this 100% Viognier showcases the sensuality, aromatic richness and mineral precision that define the great terroirs of Condrieu. The 2022 vintage delivers perfect ripeness, opulence and purity.
Appearance: bright pale gold with subtle golden hints.
Nose: ripe apricot, white peach, orange blossom, violet, delicate honey, almond and exotic notes. Aeration reveals soft spice aromas.
Palate: silky and generous texture balanced by vibrant minerality. Flavours of apricot, pear, citrus zest, white flowers and sweet spices. Long, velvety and elegant finish.
100% Viognier. Granite slopes facing southeast. Low yields. Partial barrel fermentation, regular bâtonnage, and aging on fine lees to enhance depth, texture and aromatic complexity.
Perfect with poultry in cream sauce, lobster, scallops, seared foie gras, refined Thai dishes or soft-ripened cheeses. Serve at 50–54°F (10–12°C).
A majestic Condrieu, combining aromatic richness with exceptional finesse. Wonderful now and capable of aging 5 to 8 years. Short aeration recommended.
