Sourced from steep granite slopes around Tournon-sur-Rhône, this Syrah showcases purity, finesse and depth. The 2022 vintage delivers ripe fruit, tension and remarkable aromatic clarity.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: deep, bright purple.
Nose: blackberry, blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, licorice, smoky notes and granite-driven minerality.
Palate: generous and focused, with fine yet structured tannins. Flavours of ripe black fruit, spice, graphite and dark chocolate. Long, elegant, fresh finish.
Terroir & Aging
100% Syrah. Granite soils on steep hillside vineyards. Manual harvest. Traditional fermentation with long macerations. Aging 12–14 months in oak barrels with a proportion of new wood.
Food Pairings
Perfect with beef tenderloin, roasted lamb, duck breast, game birds or mushroom risotto. Serve at 60–63°F (16–17°C).
