Rhone Valley - Crozes-Hermitage - Red Wine -Le Clos 2019 vintage is a great Crozes-Hermitage appellation wine from Maison Delas.
The robe is deep, ruby in color with garnet reflections.
On the nose we find notes of stewed black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberries) and presents slight notes of leather and venison.
On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced, a lot of delicacy, fullness and sweetness. For a finish on notes of very ripe black cherries.
This cuvée 100% is a plot selection.Grapes exclusively from the Clos located on the Chassis plain, left bank of the Rhône.
This wine is only produced in the great years and its production is voluntarily limited to 7,000 bottles (75 cl) per year. The main grape is made from 100% Syrah.
The very structure of this wine, as well as its aromatic persistence give it a real aging potential.
The advice of 12bouteilles: A great fragmented wine from the Rhône valley to be discovered urgently, a great wine at a reasonable price to discover the fragmentary know-how of the house of Delas. Perfect to accompany a Water Game, an assortment of grilled meats, marinated meats or poultry.
