The Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes 2017 vintage is a rich and complex cuvée resulting from the blending of three terroirs: L'Ermite, le Sabot, and the prestigious 100% Syrah Bessard terroir.
Tasting notes :
The dress: a beautiful, brilliant and intense dark red colour.
The nose: reveals one of power and complexity, with notes of black fruits, spices and leather.
On the palate: One finds a tight tannic structure which is the mark of the greatest wines for laying down. Firm but silky on the palate.
The advice for 12 bottles: Open it 1 hour before tasting. It will go beautifully with red meat or game.
