The aging was done in barrels, 55% new.
At the tasting, the wine of deep purple-black color, deploys flamboyant aromas of kirsch, crushed black cherries and hot blackcurrant with notes of cinnamon stick, undergrowth and box of chocolate as well as a touch. sandalwood. On the palate, full-bodied with firm and silky tannins, it has a bold freshness supporting the fruit and finishes long and spicy.
