CLOS DES FEES - "LES SORCIERES" 2021 Red

Languedoc - Côtes du Roussillon - Red Wine -

Les Sorcières red 2021 vintage have a deep purple color. The Nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and intense notes of red fruits. On the palate, it is a generous, intense, with melted tannins whose long finish and freshness will not leave you indifferent.

"Les Sorcières" Red in the 2021 vintage is a wine produced by Hervé Bizeul on the Domaine des Clos des Fées. From the Appellation Côtes du Roussillon, it is a fruity wine, balanced, which proves that a Great Wine is not necessarily an expensive one.

Made from young Syrah vines (under 25 years old), and a selection of old Grenache and Carignan vines (from 40 to 80 years old), this 2021 vintage is a fruity and balanced red wine, full of finesse.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Perfect for drinking in these young years, this wine goes perfectly with grilled red meats. It's a must-have for your summer barbecues. Remember to open it 1 hour before tasting to fully enjoy these aromas. It's a perfect sharing wine to entertain friends.
