La Petite Sibérie 2014 - Clos des Fées

Languedoc - Côtes du Roussillon - Red Wine -

Appellation Côtes de Roussillon villages, "La Petite Sibérie" in the 2014 vintage is a very great wine from the Domaine des Clos des Fées, which will make you live an unforgettable experience!

The blend of 96% Grenache Noir, 2% Mourvèdre and 2% Syrah comes from a single piece of old vines on the south side of an east-west oriented nipple. The parcel is traversed more than 200 days a year by an icy wind coming from the northwest.

This 2014 vintage expresses a powerful nose, very complex, mainly vanilla which evolves very quickly with aeration. The second nose reveals a dominance of black fruit, with aromas of blackberry jam, blackcurrant and warm blueberry tart.

Incredibly fine, the mouth has tight tannins, supremely velvety, and incredible freshness. An endearing wine, extremely changeable, breathtakingly long

The advice of 12bouteilles: This great wine of "Clos des Fees" requires time to reveal all its facets. With a 30 year aging potential, it will flourish for at least 10 years.
