This Clarendelle Bordeaux red 2015 is worthy of its predecessors, an undeniably gourmet vintage. This red wine evokes not power but rather balance and elegance. The wine's character and subtle structure are the result of a blend of Bordeaux grape varieties.

Tasting notes :

The dress: a beautiful garnet red.

The nose: unveils balanced aromas with a touch of acidity.

The palate : We find notes of ripe red fruit, round and crisp with light liqorice aromas. The tannins are velvety and smooth, with a length in the mouth that leads to a dense and fresh finish.

The suggestion for 12 bottles: Enjoy it with a superb red meat or a soft cheese. Decant it before drinking. Serve at 15°C

By the way: Founded in 2005 by Prince Robert of Luxembourg, Clarendelle, inspired by Haut-Brion, is a family of blended wines made from traditional Bordeaux grape varieties. The diversity of the blends allows for wines of very high quality, which express all the characteristics of the vintage.
