Virginie de Valandraud 2016

Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Grand Cru - Red Wine -

Virginie de Valandraud is the second wine of Château VALANDRAUD, Grand Cru from the Saint-Emilion appellation, located in the vineyards of Bordeaux.

Made from a blend of 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec, 1% Carmenère, this 2016 Virginie de Valandraud is adorned with an intense red color.

Its nose releases scents of fruity raspberries, currants and plums. In the mouth, the attack is pleasantly juicy, medium-bodied, releasing aromas of blueberries and red cherries. The palate is dense and perfectly structured.

A 2016 vintage of character, high quality with good aging potential.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Virginie de Valandraud 2016 will amaze the most patients in fifteen years. We advise you to decant it at least an hour before tasting it so that it releases all its aromas.
