Caillou blanc by Château Talbot 2012 is a wonderful bottle that will accompany all your fish.The wine is mostly composed of Sauvignon Blanc with Sémillon.
Vinified as a white Burgundy, the wine is very aromatic with a nose of citrus (grapefruit and lemon). A lot of freshness of finesse with a hint of acidity at the end of the mouth.
