To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, very fruity, associated with a good length and freshness and all the finesse of a Saint Julien wine.
For a few years, a few vintages, the wines of Château Talbot have made great qualitative progress which are confirmed by the tasters, James Suckling gave 90-91 on the 2020 vintage.
Blend : 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The advice of 12bouteilles : If you like young, fruity and crunchy wines, do not hesitate to taste this bottle without delay. Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
