To the eye, the colour is purple with violet highlights
On the nose it is black fruit that emerges, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes
On the palate, the attack is straightforward, well typed Médoc, combined with good length and freshness. The wine is long and full with ripe tannins.

The 12bottle advice : Decant the bottle for at least 2 hours, serve the wine chilled at around 18°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats, cheeses, why not a spicy Italian beef tartare.
