La Demoiselle de Sociando Mallet 2016

Bordeaux - Haut Médoc - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -

La Demoiselle de Sociando Mallet 2016 vintage,  second wine of the château Sociando Mallet is a wine produced with the youngest vines of the property and enjoys the same care as the first wine during its vinification.

The Demoiselle de Sociando Mallet 2016 is composed of the three emblematic grape varieties of the Haut-Médoc appellation, Cabernet Francs for 5%,Cabernet Sauvignon for 35% and Merlot for 65%. It is the latter which dominates, the parcels reserved for this wine being more adapted to this grape variety.

This 2016 vintage is a powerful vintage. Many fruits as much in the nose as in the mouth. Then it is a rich wine with a beautiful material and a vanilla finish. The tannins are soft.

It is a complex wine able to keep at least 5 to 10 years old but also very pleasant to drink today

The advice of 12bouteillles: Open the bottle 1 hour before tasting, serve cool around 17 ° C. It will go wonderfully with white meat such as veal, grilled red meats.
