The Demoiselle de Sociando Mallet 2015 is composed of the two emblematic grape varieties of the Haut-Médoc appellation, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it is the latter which dominates, the parcels reserved for this wine being more adapted to this grape variety.
This 2015 vintage is a powerful vintage. Many fruits as much in the nose as in the mouth. Then it is a rich wine with a beautiful material and a vanilla finish. The tannins are soft.
It is a complex wine able to keep at least 5 to 10 years old but also very pleasant to drink today
The advice of 12bouteillles: Open the bottle 1 hour before tasting, serve cool around 17 ° C. It will go wonderfully with white meat such as veal, grilled red meats.
