In this 2024 vintage, the Symphonie cuvée from Château Marguerite establishes itself as one of the finest expressions of the AOP Côtes-de-Provence, a multifaceted terroir bathed in marine influence. Here is the tasting we conducted:
The Appearance: a delicate pearly pink, luminous and refined.
The Nose: fine and complex, with floral notes of white blossoms, white peach, and grapefruit peel.
The Palate: aromatic freshness supported by balanced liveliness, confirming the fruit aromas with a subtle grapefruit-zest finish.
This 2024 Symphonie cuvée is crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle. The grapes, harvested in September 2024 under organic certification (FR BIO 01 – Ecocert) and vegan-certified, undergo a cold skin maceration before gentle pressing. Thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on fine lees preserve the purity and freshness of the aromas. A light fining and gentle filtration precede bottling to guarantee elegance and finesse.
Perfectly harmonious, the 2024 Symphonie cuvée reflects the diversity and richness of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation. Its pearly hue, delicate aromas, and airy palate embody Mediterranean finesse. The minimalist label in pastel tones, signed Château Marguerite, enhances the bottle’s aesthetic, making each tasting a true moment of elegance.
12bouteilles' Recommendation: Serve ideally between 8 and 10 °C. Perfect alongside convivial appetizers, seafood tapas, grilled fish, calamari fritters, or summer salads. Its freshness and balance also make it essential for sharing under the sun.
