The nose delivers fruity aromas and hints of fine spices, offering a beautiful generosity. It reveals notes of blackberry, black berries, and delicate blackcurrant notes combined with a hint of oak, spices, and cigar box.
The palate presents flavors of red and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant jam, blueberry, strawberry, and purple plum), accompanied by light notes of chocolate and licorice. The tannins are fine, with a persistent length and delicate toasted notes.
Luscious, powerful, elegant, and well-balanced, this 2020 vintage still exhibits firm tannins with a beautiful length on the palate and plenty of freshness.
