Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Rosé 2025 is an exceptional rosé wine from the Languedoc region, crafted by the renowned Château Puech-Haut. This 2025 vintage captures freshness, aromatic intensity and elegance, embodying the best qualities of Mediterranean rosés. The wine offers a refined aromatic palette, harmonious balance and a lingering finish.
Appearance: pale salmon pink with bright reflections.
Nose: delicate and expressive, with fresh red fruit notes (wild strawberry, raspberry), currant, citrus (grapefruit, orange zest) and white blossoms. Subtle spice and mineral hints add complexity.
Palate: fresh, lively and beautifully balanced. The entry is crisp and fruity, followed by a smooth, elegant texture. The finish is long, saline and persistent, with lingering citrus and red fruit aromas.
Grapes for Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Rosé 2025 are sourced from selected parcels in Puech-Haut’s vineyards, planted on gravelly, clay and sandy soils under a warm Mediterranean climate. The blend features classic Southern French rosé varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, chosen for aromatic finesse, freshness and balanced structure.
Hand-harvested grapes with careful sorting. Gentle pressing preserves fruit purity. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks retains freshness and vitality. The wine is aged on fine lees with light lees stirring to enhance texture without diminishing natural freshness. No oak aging is used to preserve pure fruit expression.
Perfect with summer appetizers, composed salads, grilled fish, seafood, sushi, light Asian dishes and fresh cheeses. Also pairs well with charcuterie or barbecue fare. Serve chilled between 46–50 °F (8–10 °C).
Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Rosé 2025 is an elegant and aromatic rosé, ideal for convivial moments and summer cuisine. Best enjoyed young for intense fruit expression and vibrant salinity.
