Tasting Notes
Appearance: deep ruby with violet highlights.
Nose: rich and enticing, with ripe black fruit (blackberry, cassis) and dark red fruit (morello cherry), accented by spice (pepper, licorice), garrigue herbs and subtle toasty hints.
Palate: broad and structured with a dense, smooth texture. Ripe, fine tannins are well integrated and lifted by fresh acidity. The finish is long and elegant with fruit and spice persistence.

The grapes for Puech-Haut Loup du Pic 2024 come from prime parcels in the Puech-Haut vineyards, planted on gravel, clay and sandy soils typical of the Languedoc. The blend features Mediterranean varieties such as Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, chosen for their complementarity in fruit intensity, structure and finesse.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-picked grapes with rigorous sorting. Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with balanced extraction for aromatic finesse. Aged in French oak barrels (with a measured proportion of new wood) to add complexity and depth without overshadowing fruit purity.
Food Pairings
Perfect with grilled or roasted red meats, beef fillet, lamb rack, game stew or spiced duck. Serve at 60–64 °F (16–18 °C). Light decanting recommended to reveal full aromatic expression.
