Château Potensac in the 2015 vintage is an atypical blend for the property, 45% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc. The dominance of the Merlots has produced a round, fat, suave wine.

The Vintage 2015 is a very great vintage in Bordeaux, Château Potensac is a success with a beautiful red garnet color, a nose of ripe black fruits and vanilla. On the palate thanks to the merlots it is the fruit that dominates, the wine is expressive without excess and the tannins are supple. We recommend it, it perfectly illustrates our vision: a great wine is not necessarily an expensive wine.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before serving. serve it cool around 17 °. You will not go wrong on a cheese platter, a red meat or a fish with firm flesh, it is a real pleasure wine.

Château Potensac is one of the gems of the Médoc appellation. Estate Domaines Delon, also at the head of the fabulous Château Léoville Las Cases in Saint Julien and Château Nénin in Pomerol, the wines bear the signature of areas of Jean Hubert Delon.

The delivery of the 2015 vintage, will take place by the end of the year 2017 from the provision by each Château.
