Pessac-Léognan’s deep gravel soils over clay-sandy subsoils bring finesse and complexity. Blend led by Sémillon, complemented by Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Sauvignon Gris, providing tension, aromatic depth and structural richness.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested grapes with strict sorting. Gentle pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels with regular batonnage to add complexity without compromising freshness. Aged with a carefully calibrated proportion of new oak to refine structure while preserving purity of fruit.

Perfect with seafood, lobster, langoustines, noble fish, creamy poultry dishes, asparagus risotto, fine dining or aged hard cheeses. Serve at 50–54 °F (10–12 °C).
