Château Pape Clément 2012
Château Pape Clement 2012, it is probably the wine of the vintage in Bordeaux. Hailed unanimously by the critics, Robert Parker awarded him the mark of 97/100, considering him at the height of the fantastic 2010 and 2005 vintage of the Château.
This Château Pape Clement's robe is intense red, the complex nose develops aromas of black fruits, spices, red berries and a light oakiness. In the mouth the wines are remarkable, impressive power, balance and complexity. The tannins are velvety, it is a large Pessac-Léognan expansive, tasty and deep. Particularly successful, it will be easily affordable in its early years and can flourish for at least 20 years.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open and decant this bottle at least 1 hour before tasting. Accompany it with a beautiful piece of red meat and enjoy!
