Nose : Reveals notes of berries and violet, with vanilla notes.
The palate : A frank and crispy mouth, with full and balanced tannins.
The advice for 12 bottles: Decant at least 2 hours before tasting to release the aromas. Serve it chilled at around 17°, it will go wonderfully with grilled red meats and cheeses.
