Dress: is intense and deep black.
Nose: reveals a beautiful intensity of ripe fruit combined with hints of nutmeg, all nuanced by hints of menthol.
The palate : The attack is ample, rich and refined with blackberry and cherry aromas highlighted by slightly spicy nuances. The tannins, abundant, creamy and coated, blend with the aromas of confectionery giving the wine a greedy impression.
An excellent balance between the fruit and the tannins reveals a finish of great finesse and exceptional length.
The advise of 12bouteilles : a wine with good ageing potential, to be enjoyed at around 16-18°C.
The label of this 2018 vintage was created by the contemporary Chinese artist Xu Bing.
