Château Mouton Rothschild 2012

Bordeaux - Pauillac - 1er Cru Classé - Red Wine -

The Château Mouton Rothschild is an emblematic castle, 1st Classified Growth of Pauillac, in the Bordelaise region.

Rich, colorful, structured and very fleshy, the 2012 vintage promises to be a great success.

Made from a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, Château Mouton Rothschild 2012 is adorned with a dense, opaque, almost black color with beautiful shimmering highlights.

The nose, expressive, fine and complex, releases aromas of cassis and blackberries, the second nose reveals spicy notes.

In the mouth, the attack is greedy, ample and fleshy. The tannins are ripe, crunchy and coated, with flavors of cocoa and vanilla. The finish is fresh and mineral.

The advice of 12bouteilles: This splendid Mouton Rothschild can be appreciated now or kept in the cellar for 20 years. Enjoy it between 16 and 18 ° with duck breast with green pepper sauce.
