La Dame de Montrose is the second wine of Château Montrose, Cru Classé de Saint Estèphe in the Médoc area. Elegant and refined, the Dame de Montrose is often nicknamed "The First Lady", despite being one of the best value for money in the region.

Made from a blend of 52% merlot, 35% cabernet-sauvignon, 11% petit verdot, 2% cabernet franc, La Dame de Montrose is one of the best second wines of Bordeaux.

This 2016 vintage is adorned with a beautiful dark red color. Its nose releases aromas of blackberry and graphite, of great freshness. On the palate, the palate is dense, medium bodied, it is already a great wine with a very fine, remarkable balance!

With its high proportion of Merlot, we find a fruity wine but also powerful and very typical Medoc! A real Bordeaux.
