Sourced from selected vineyards throughout the Côtes de Provence appellation, the 2025 vintage delivers bright fruit expression, balance and remarkable freshness, making it both approachable and gastronomic.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale pink with bright reflections, typical of Provence rosé wines.
Nose: delicate and expressive with aromas of fresh red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus notes, white peach and subtle floral nuances.
Palate: fresh and elegant with a smooth texture and vibrant acidity. Red berry and citrus flavors unfold with precision, leading to a long and clean finish with a subtle saline touch.
Blend & Terroir
Minuty Prestige Rosé 2025 is crafted from a blend of classic Provence grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren. Grenache provides finesse, Cinsault freshness, Syrah structure and Tibouren aromatic complexity.
The grapes come from selected vineyards across the Côtes de Provence AOP, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate moderated by sea breezes.
Winemaking
The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a pure juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. Short aging on fine lees enhances texture and balance.
