This wine reflects the elegant Mediterranean style of the estate, offering freshness, aromatic finesse and excellent drinkability.
Sourced from selected vineyards across the Côtes de Provence, the 2025 vintage reveals a lively and balanced white wine with bright fruit character and refreshing acidity. It is a perfect wine for aperitif and light Mediterranean cuisine.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale yellow with bright green reflections.
Nose: expressive and delicate with aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white peach and exotic fruits, accompanied by subtle floral notes.
Palate: lively and balanced with refreshing acidity and smooth texture. Citrus and white fruit flavors lead to a clean and vibrant finish.
Blend & Terroir
Minuty M Blanc 2025 is produced under the Côtes de Provence AOP and is mainly made from Rolle (Vermentino) and Ugni Blanc, sometimes complemented by other Mediterranean varieties. These grapes bring freshness, aromatic expression and balance.
The vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate moderated by maritime influence, preserving freshness while ensuring optimal ripeness.
Winemaking
The grapes are gently pressed to preserve aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and fruit expression. Short aging on fine lees adds roundness and texture.
