Magnum of Château Minuty Rose et Or 2021
Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -Château Minuty Rose et Or 2021 is for us one of the great rosés of the 2021 vintage. The wines are greedy, fresh, round and chiseled, with a beautiful salinity, a superb cuvée from the Minuty house.
Exploited in sustainable agriculture, the Minuty vineyard extends over the schist soils of the maritime border with a south-west exposure in the Côtes de Provence appellation.
Tasting note, Château Minuty Rose et Or 2021:
Colour: Pale with crystalline reflections.
The nose: Very intense citrus fruits and white flowers.
Palate: Complex with a lot of freshness and finesse which reveals notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.
From a blend of Grenache and Tibouren, it is a superb vintage, it is a complex and vibrant rosé, a large bottle signed by Château Minuty.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 8°C and 10°C, Château Minuty "Cuvée Rose et Or" rosé vintage 2021 is a rosé that can be associated with an aperitif or at the table. It will be perfect to accompany seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian cuisine, sushi, strawberry salad with basil.
