Château Léoville Poyferré 2008
Bordeaux - Saint-Julien - 2e Cru Classé - Red Wine -Château Léoville Poyferré Saint Julien Cru Classé 2008 is a beautiful bottle ready to drink.
This is one of our favorites in this vintage, one of the most remarkable bottles of Saint Julien, a magnificent 2nd Cru Classé!
The color is dark, begins to tile. The nose is fruity, ripe and creamy. The palate is sweet, very fruity, carried by melted tannins with a beautiful aromatic length.
The 2008 vintage is made from an assemblage: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open and decant this bottle at least 1 hour before serving to release all the aromas. Serve chilled around 17 ° C, it will perfectly accompany a cheese platter.
