Château Latour 2012

Bordeaux - Pauillac - 1er Cru Classé - Red Wine -

Owned by François Pinault since 1993, Château Latour is one of the oldest castles in the Médoc. This wine is one of the most popular and famous wines in the world today and is made with the best grapes from Enclos, which is an unprecedented historic terroir around the Château de Latour. Harvesting is done manually, stirring is piecemeal and the extracts are made in stainless steel tanks and then aged in new oak barrels from the Allier and Nièvre forests. Blended wine, it is made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon including 10% Merlot, depending on the year, there are traces of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

The dress: The color is dark and the intensity is very beautiful.

The nose: is fruity, delicate, ripe and expressive.

The mouth: is round, spicy, very aromatic and sweet. The wine evolves with a pleasant taste and reaches a delicious length with a delicate taste.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Château Latour goes well with aperitifs, starters, main dishes. It will go perfectly with your red meat dishes such as lamb or beef. Serve between 14 ° C and 16 ° C
