Château Latour Martillac 2019

Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - Red Wine -

This 2019 vintage of Chateau Latour Martillac red presents itself with great finesse, a nice balance between black fruits, good acidity and very elegant tannins.
To the eye, the dress is an intense red color with purple reflections.
On the nose, black fruits emerge such as blackberry, cherry, then notes of liquorice.
In the mouth, the attack is greedy, very fruity, associated with a good length with a lot of freshness. the finish is elegant with silky tannins.

Large investments have been made on the property with a new winery. The quality of the wine has improved a lot, producing more concentrated, richer wines, this 2019 vintage is a fine example, a magnificent Pessac Léognan wine which will appeal to lovers of this appellation.

Blend : 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot.

40% aging in new barrels for 12 months.

The advice of 12bouteilles : A wine that can wait a few years in your cellar but that you can already taste with great pleasure. Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
