Château Larrivet Haut Brion 2012

Château Larrivet Haut Brion was acquired in 1987 by the Gervoson family. They gave back to this forgotten property its letters of nobility.
In a few years, the property has grown from 17 hectares to 72 hectares of vines. Today the vineyard is composed of 11 hectares for white wine and 61 hectares for red wine in the Pessac Léognan appellation.
Great resources have also been invested in the vinification and aging of wines which are now at the level of its illustrious neighbors.
Blend of 36% Merlot, 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc, the 2012 vintage from Larrivet-Haut-Brion adorns a beautiful ruby-colored rob. Sweet and fruity, the nose releases smoky and spicy notes. The palate is elegant and well balanced. A dense, tannic and full, of a beautiful material with length. A great success!
The advice of 12bouteilles: A great wine guard that will reward the one who will wait patiently ... To serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C
