Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale yellow with golden highlights, clear and bright.
Nose: fine, vibrant and expressive, with citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), pear, white flowers and ripe tropical notes, complemented by mineral nuances and a hint of amber.
Palate: broad, elegant and perfectly structured. The attack is crisp and pure, followed by a generous, crystalline mid-palate, supported by refreshing acidity. The finish is long, saline and persistent, with confit citrus and warm stone notes.

The vineyards of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion lie on deep gravel soils mixed with sand and clay, providing excellent drainage and ideal balance between tension and ripeness. The 2022 blend is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by Sémillon, offering freshness, roundness and aromatic complexity.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested grapes with meticulous sorting at optimal maturity. Gentle pressing, fermentation in barrel and stainless-steel vats for a pure aromatic expression. Aged on fine lees with light bâtonnage and a measured proportion of new oak to add texture without obscuring fruit purity.
