Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - White Wine -In this 2020 vintage Château la Louvière Blanc is a rich and complex wine that is very elegant, with a lovely subtle and delicate woody finish.
The colour is brilliant, a pale yellow that is slightly golden.
The nose releases aromas of white fruit such as peach, followed by citrus and exotic fruit, well representative of Sauvignon Blancs
The long palate with lemony notes, a lovely freshness typical of Sauvignon Blancs and an elegant woody finish.
Assembly : 100% Sauvignon.
The 12bouteilles advice : Open the bottle 30 minutes before drinking, serve the wine chilled at around 10-12°c. It will go perfectly with oily fish and your seafood platters.
