Visually, it has a deep black color.
The nose is intense and aromatic, revealing notes of black fruits such as redcurrant, cherry, and blueberry.
On the palate, the wine is very refined, full-bodied, with beautiful concentration, silky tannins, and a lovely length.
The 2021 vintage blend is composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc.
The wines were aged 90% in French oak barrels for 16 months.
The wine has been certified organic since the 2016 vintage.
