To the eye, the colour is dark black.
The nose is intense and aromatic, releasing notes of black fruit such as redcurrant, cherry and blueberry.
On the palate, the wine has great finesse, full-bodied with good concentration and silky tannins and a long finish.
The blend of the 2020 vintage is composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% cabernet Franc.
The wine has been certified organic since the 2016 vintage.
The 12bottle tip : Château La Lagune 2020 is a wine that can wait a few years in your cellar. If you decide to taste it, decant the bottle at least 2 hours before tasting, it will go wonderfully with your red meats. Serve chilled at around 17°C.
