To the eye, the color is dark black.
The nose, intense, aromatic, releases notes of black fruits such as currant, cherry and blueberry.
On the palate, the wine is of great finesse, full-bodied with a nice concentration and silky tannins and a nice length in the mouth.
The blend is made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Château La Lagune 2019 is a wine that will have to wait a few years before reaching maturity. If you decide to taste it, decant the bottle at least 2 hours before tasting, it will go wonderfully with your red meats. Serve chilled around 16°C
