Appearance: deep, vibrant purple.
Nose: pure and complex with blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry, violet, fine spices, cocoa and subtle graphite notes.
Palate: broad and silky with beautifully refined tannins. Dense yet airy texture, vibrant freshness and a long, straight, saline finish.
Terroir & Blend
Iconic Pomerol terroir of clay and deep gravel. Blend led by Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc, providing roundness, structure and aging potential.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested grapes, meticulous selection and parcel-by-parcel vinification. Aged in French oak barrels with a carefully measured proportion of new oak to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.
Food Pairings
Perfect with beef fillet, veal chop, roasted lamb, game birds, wild mushrooms or aged cheeses. Serve at 60–63°F (16–17°C). Decant for 1–2 hours when young.
