Lacoste Borie 2007
The second wine Lacoste Borie 2007 is a typical Pauillac wine, in an easy vintage and ready to be tasted. Boasting a long and high vinification in French oak barrels for fourteen to sixteen months, it is more supple and more fruity than its elder Grand Puy Lacoste, but still retains much of its elegance and complexity. It offers a very good value for money.
A charming wine to be sure to be successful in a dinner! This 2007 is very good to drink now, but you will find the same pleasure in the 2012 vintage since this wine is accessible from the first years. We easily succumb to this bottle for our evenings and dinners.
The advice of 12 bouteilles: Open it 1 hour before and decant it in a carafe to allow it to be sufficiently ventilated to the tasting.
