To the eye, the color is an intense red, almost black, with violet highlights
On the nose, black fruits emerge, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, followed by woody and spicy notes
On the palate, the attack is fresh, fruity and harmonious finishing with silky tannins.
The 2020 vintage blend is made up of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Merlot.
The 12bottle tip : This bottle is best forgotten for a few years in your cellar, as time will improve it! If you feel like tasting it, decant the bottle at least 6 hours before serving. It's the perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
