Bordeaux - Pauillac - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -The 2019 vintage of Lacoste Borie is a balanced, powerful and rich wine with a lot of freshness.
The grapes produced were ripe, rich and very aromatic. More accessible than the first Château Grand Puy Lacoste wine, it will be ready to drink more quickly. It is nonetheless a Pauillac composed of more than 60% Cabernet Sauvignon.
To the eye, the dress is an intense red color almost black with purple reflections.
On the nose, black fruits emerge, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, then woody and spicy notes.
On the palate, the attack is fresh, fruity and harmonious ending with silky tannins.
Blend: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 9% .
The advice of 12bouteilles: This bottle is to be forgotten for a few years in your cellar, time will improve it! If you want to taste it, decant the bottle at least 6 hours before serving it. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
