Lacoste Borie 2018
Bordeaux - Pauillac - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -The second wine of Château Grand-Puy Lacoste, Lacoste Borie 2018 is produced with the same care and methods as the first wine. This wine contains more Merlot and is produced with younger vines than its elder brother. Aged in the same way as its elder Grand Puy Lacoste in French oak barrels for fourteen to sixteen months, it also benefits from a long vatting period of about three weeks.
Tasting notes :
The dress : A beautiful ruby red colour.
Nose: gives off notes of ripe fruit, spices, lightly toasted and a beautiful minerality.
The palate: it has a nice structure supported by round tannins.
Tip for 12 bottles: Open 30 minutes before tasting. It will accompany perfectly with red meat.
