Château Gloria 2015
Château Gloria is considered among the greats of Saint Julien. Ni Classé or Bourgeois is one of the most famous wines of the appellation and may be the most affordable Saint Julien, proof that a great wine is not necessarily an expensive wine.
The 2015 vintage is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged in oak barrels, 40% new for 14 months.
This 2015 vintage, one of the greatest vintages produced in Bordeaux in recent years and one of the vintages to have in its cellar, the wines will be able to keep long years.
Château Gloria 2015 is a balanced wine with a lot of elegance and length. The nose is very fruity with aromas of cherries, currants and then there are aromas of tobacco. On the palate, it is a long, fat and dense wine with very present tannins. The finish is toasty and full of finesse.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open one hour before tasting, serve it cool around 17 ° C. It will be delicious on a grilled red meat.
The delivery of the 2015 vintage, will take place by the end of 2017 as soon as it is made available by each château.
