Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Cru Classé -Château Fleur Cardinale 2019 presents a wine with a deep red, intense color.
The nose gives off powerful aromas of cinnamon, ripe fruit, plums, cherries, then woody and vanilla.
On the palate, the wines are full-bodied, elegant, revealing black fruits on the attack, then spices and finally a fine woodiness thanks to the perfect balance between acidity and tannic charge. A lot of freshness for this Saint Emilion which vintage after vintage seduced us.
The blend : 76% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant this bottle at least 2 hours before tasting, keep it cool to serve it at 18°C, this still young wine goes wonderfully with all your red meats, game and cheese platters.
